About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ee77 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, payment features, and all associated content (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ee77 and is directed to adults aged 21 and above residing in or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active ee77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. ee77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at first withdrawal, and at any subsequent review triggered by account activity.

- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account. Opening duplicate accounts under the same or different identity information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or lacking legal capacity may not register.
- Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or account suspension measure, whether voluntarily requested or imposed by ee77 for a breach of these Terms.
ee77 reserves the right to close any account that does not meet these requirements at any time, with or without prior notice. Where an account is closed due to an eligibility breach, ee77 may retain balances attributable to activity that violated these Terms while returning genuine deposits not subject to forfeiture.
21+ Age Requirement: Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the ee77 Platform. Any player who provides false age information at registration will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited without exception. ee77 cooperates fully with any lawful request to investigate underage access.
Account Registration and Management
Registration on the ee77 Platform is free of charge. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, choose a secure password, and confirm you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 1. ee77 uses your registered mobile number as your primary account identifier and as the recovery channel for password resets. It is therefore essential that the mobile number you register is one you own, have active access to, and intend to keep associated with the account.
Your Account Security Responsibilities
- Keep your password confidential. Do not share it with any third party, including anyone claiming to be ee77 staff. ee77 staff will never ask for your password by any channel.
- Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. A combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices. ee77 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to log out on a shared device.
- Notify ee77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Use the support email address in the footer of this page to report suspected unauthorised access.
Account Closure by Player
- You may request closure of your ee77 account at any time by contacting support via the email in the footer. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
- Any unused real-money balance remaining at account closure will be returned to the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.
- Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
ee77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, bonus abuse, or any other conduct inconsistent with the fair operation of the Platform. Where an account is closed by ee77 for a breach, any balance held in the account will be dealt with according to the nature and severity of the breach.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
ee77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select cryptocurrency networks including USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20) and Bitcoin. All deposit methods are subject to availability based on network conditions and your account verification status. ee77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges outside ee77's control.
- Minimum deposit is ৳200. No published maximum deposit limit applies to fully verified accounts, though individual transaction limits may apply based on the selected payment method.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account balance in real time. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, which may take between 10 and 60 minutes depending on network congestion.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit from a payment account not in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- ee77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. ee77 targets a 15-minute processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts with no active bonus wagering requirements. Actual processing times may vary based on account verification status, withdrawal request volume, and whether additional review is required.
- Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
- ee77 may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method being used. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 14 days of a verification request may have their withdrawal cancelled.
- Winnings associated with bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering rollover are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to applicable minimum amounts and network fees for the selected blockchain network. ee77 will deduct applicable network fees from the withdrawal amount at the time of processing.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: ee77 is committed to preventing its Platform from being used for money laundering or terrorist financing. All accounts and transactions are subject to AML monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, ee77 may freeze the account, delay withdrawal processing, and report the activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Bonuses and Promotions
ee77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, which supplement and, where in conflict, override the general provisions in this section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer.
- Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the bonus validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
- Each bonus is issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
- Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates for each game category are stated in the specific bonus terms.
- ee77 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without notice, including where fraudulent activity or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
Prohibited Bonus Activity
- Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer more than once, whether through the same or different identity information.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms through matched or arbitrage betting strategies.
- Requesting chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits used to generate bonus funds.
Where ee77 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited bonus activity, ee77 may void all winnings generated during that period, forfeit the relevant bonus funds, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close the account in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ee77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes or may constitute a criminal offence.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games or place bets in a way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents the Platform's security or fairness controls.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void and must be returned to ee77.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting to manipulate game outcomes or bet results.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or converting illegally obtained funds into gaming credits or withdrawable balances.
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, KYC verification, or any account review process.
- Attempting to access, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, or databases through denial-of-service attacks, injection attacks, or any other form of unauthorised system access.
Where ee77 identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, freeze all balances pending investigation, void any affected bets or game rounds, and permanently close the account upon completion of the investigation.
Fraud Warning: Fraudulent conduct on the ee77 Platform, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and collusion, may be reported to Bangladeshi law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. ee77 will provide transaction records, account data, and IP logs to support any lawful investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ee77 Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ee77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of ee77.
The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers, payment processors, and sports data providers displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used by ee77 under licence. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ee77's liability to you in connection with the Platform and these Terms is limited as follows:
- ee77 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ee77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
- ee77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and third-party provider outages may temporarily affect availability of games, betting markets, or payment processing. ee77 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability caused by factors outside ee77's reasonable control.
- Where ee77 is found liable to you for any cause, ee77's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ee77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ee77 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service offered through the Platform, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

The amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notification, which will not be less than seven days from the date the notice is posted, except where the amendment is required by applicable law or a regulatory requirement, in which case it may take effect immediately.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the Terms and Conditions page of this Platform.
Version Notice: This version of the ee77 Terms and Conditions supersedes all prior versions. The effective date of this version is January 2026. If you accessed an earlier version, please be aware that this version now applies in full to your use of the Platform.
